Steve joined Insite’s Executive team in 2013, and also serves on Insite’s Board. Most recently he served as the General Manager of Jobs2web, a SaaS recruitment marketing company (backed by Updata Partners) that was acquired by SAP in December 2011.
Steve is a proven leader in building and helping scale technology companies.
Prior to Jobs2web, Steve served as the CFO & VP of Business Development for Harland Medical Systems, a venture backed med-tech company also based in Minneapolis. He brings a broad background in business development & strategy, finance, and operations, including experience in consulting and public accounting (Grant Thornton) as well as manufacturing (Sara Lee). Steve holds an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois, and a B.A. in philosophy from Wheaton College (IL).
Jon joined the Insite Executive team in July of 2013. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Customer Value at SAP Cloud and, prior to that, Vice President of Client Strategy at SaaS companies Jobs2Web and SuccessFactors.
Jon also held senior client management roles for 12 years at interactive marketing agencies JWT and TMP Worldwide and spent three years in Corporate Marketing and Field Sales at Ameriprise Financial after they spun off from American Express. Jon has extensive experience in customer lifecycle management, interactive marketing planning and strategy, action-oriented analytics, branding and advertising. Jon’s objective is to lead and motivate the Customer Success team to drive ongoing client value, measurable business impact and develop long-term strategic client partnerships. Jon holds a B.A. in Government and Art History from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Tim Sobocinski joined Insite in November of 2017. His professional work experience over the last decade focuses on sales in a leadership role at SaaS organizations. This includes leading teams to achievement of organizational growth goals, managing global sales and business development teams, and the delivery of exceptional client value.
His focus at Insite consists of managing sales and business development teams and overseeing the company’s channel sales program. As part of the executive team, he works closely across all functional areas of the organization to collaborate on existing and future product development, engineering and marketing strategies.
Before joining Insite, Tim worked as a VP of Sales at PROS, Reeher LLC, and The SAVO Group. He has a degree in marketing management from the University of St. Thomas.
Tom has served in many capacities at Insite Software since it’s founding, and currently serves as Vice President of Engineering.
As a member of the senior leadership team, Tom leads the development team and helps shape Insite’s product strategy, working closely with architects, product managers and applications personnel.
Tom’s background includes more than 25 years managing and leading software development and solutions efforts.
Jeff has many years working with the InsiteCommerce® platform in various capacities, and currently serves as Insite Software’s VP, Product.
Jeff has worked within the Insite product team for the past five years, most recently as the Director of Product Platforms. Jeff has been instrumental in leading Insite’s product vision, given his deep understanding of critical commerce capabilities required by manufacturers and distributors. Jeff’s experience spans 20 years as an analyst, architect, and technology leader.
Jeremy has worked at Insite Software in a few roles, and is current serving as Senior Director, Cloud Operations.
Jeremy joined Insite in 2016 and serves as Senior Director, Cloud Operations, providing strong technical and operational expertise in managing Insite’s hosted environments and cloud deployments.
Jeremy has more than two decades of strong engineering, technical systems and operations experience for major corporations and growing firms including Navitaire, Honeywell and Xilinx.
Jen joined Insite in 2014. She brings experience and expertise centered on human resource management with a broad background focused on creative HR problem solving, including special emphasis on employee engagement training and development, talent acquisition and benefits.
She serves as strategic business advisor on HR matters to the Insite executive leadership team and leads organizational development initiatives, managerial guidance, and HR compliance and regulatory administration at Insite.
Before joining Insite, Jen worked in HR and talent management at SAP, Jobs2web and Univita. She has experience in a variety of industries, including technology, education, healthcare and retail. Jen has a M.S. degree in human resource management from the Krannert School of Management and a B.A. in communications, both from Purdue University.
