We are looking for right sales professional to join our growing sales team. This person will be a strong individual contributor who will drive growth through the acquisition of new customers.

To be successful, you must be a hunter who takes a fearless and enthusiastic approach in the pursuit of personal and company goals. We’re looking for someone with a solid track record of exceeding quota, perhaps a rising star from an inside sales team or a wily veteran from a mid-market SaaS organization; regardless you’ll need a strong competency in qualifying accounts and will arrive with an ability to execute a Challenger Sales model. Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and logo growth by successfully guiding prospects through a well-defined sales engagement model, one which ends with Closed-Won 75% of the time
  • Self-generate approximately 25% of pipeline through phone, email, social media & professional networking
  • Collaborate closely with the BDR and Marketing teams, helping these internal partners educate, focus and support their efforts in opportunity creation
  • Provide consistent, insightful and accurate CRM reporting, including sales forecasts and opportunity details
  • Engage prospective customers effectively virtually and in-person, via presentations and storytelling
  • Consistently achieve (exceed) quota, and have a blast doing it

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field required
  • 3+ years of experience as a successful Inside Sales Rep (ISR) or AE in a SaaS organization, preferably with a small to mid-sized company
  • B2B eCommerce experience a plus, as is experience selling technology to manufacturers and distributors
  • Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting strategies including: Pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, territory management
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities, as well as organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Verifiable track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Salesforce exposure strongly preferred

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver the right products for the right customers by championing a user-centered design process and collaborating with internal teams to understand our B2B customers’ unique business processes and pain points
  • Clearly identify, define and articulate the features and capabilities we will build and the corresponding value it will bring to our customers
  • Lead successful product launches, including: development of messaging and positioning, internal and external communications planning, pricing, testing, training/support, implementation planning, execution, etc.
  • Recommend and guide capital investments to the best build, buy or partner opportunities through product portfolio planning and road mapping
  • Develop ROI (Return on Investment) models and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to aid in the vetting and prioritization of items on the product roadmap
  • Manage intake process that provides transparency into items and its current disposition on the backlog
  • Participate in an Agile development process for one or more functional teams with focus on backlog story prioritization, project scope and success criteria to help ensure high quality and on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Design/UX and Development teams on the definition of acceptance criteria
  • Provide regular status updates for projects, health of the release and intake queue to the larger Insite organization
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop launch plans, press releases, webinars, white papers, sales collateral, training, documentation, analyst briefings, media interviews, etc.
  • Provide additional training support to the Sales team, educating them around market differentiators, competitive strengths, competitive weaknesses, etc.
  • Support the sales process by participating in sales calls, client visits, demos, presentations, and tradeshows
 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years relevant industry experience
  • 3+ years in a digital/ecommerce marketing role, utilizing digital tools (e.g. CMS, eCommerce, CRM, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams, clients, partners and market analysts
  • Practical experience and knowledge in e-commerce, online retail, software/hardware development and technology required
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations and B2B business environments a plus, specifically in distribution and manufacturing
  • Strong problem solver, presentation, analytic, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meeting management and group process facilitation skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple tracks and is a high-energy leader

What You’ll Do:

  • Conceive, develop, test and present ideas that deliver the highest quality user experience in terms of innovation, simplicity and consistency
  • Collaborate closely with Product team and customers to help define detailed product requirements as interactive prototypes, descriptions and detailed wireframes
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows across a variety of digital assets including web, mobile and email
  • Extend the visual design system language, pattern libraries and usage guidelines
  • Lead usability tests internally and with customers to gather research, summarize findings and present solutions to the Product team to identify areas of improvement for our digital products
  • Communicate and present the designs and design ideas to stakeholders and developers as visualizations in a clear, well-documented form
  • Leads and mentor individuals on the UX team regarding deliverables related to the visual aspect of Insite’s digital consumer experience from ideation to prototype, including design frameworks, conceptual design, wireframes, interaction design, visual design, design specifications and research
  • Further develop the designs and design materials in sufficient detail that they can be expressed as clear features suitable for implementation by software development teams

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer building digital software products
  • Associate of Arts degree in a field such as graphic design, web design, interactive design, or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must have an online portfolio with examples of user workflows, design mockups, and documentation reflecting the design thinking used to solve specific customer or business problems
  • Proficient with digital prototyping tools, preferable Sketch and InVision, including a deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Familiarity with B2C/B2B eCommerce and application experience
  • Front-end development experience or knowledge with coding HTML and CSS a nice to have
