Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and logo growth by successfully guiding prospects through a well-defined sales engagement model, one which ends with Closed-Won 75% of the time
  • Self-generate approximately 25% of pipeline through phone, email, social media & professional networking
  • Collaborate closely with the BDR and Marketing teams, helping these internal partners educate, focus and support their efforts in opportunity creation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

What you'll do:

  • Consult with Insite employees, customers, and development partners to identify learning needs, audience personas and knowledge and performance gaps to improve platform performance.
  • Own, update and monitor the overall learning objectives and curriculum for customer and partner programs.
  • Work with SMEs to create technical and end user deliverables that teach industry and digital commerce concepts, demonstrate best practices and procedures and provide use cases related to successful use of our platform.
  • Apply knowledge of current learning trends, for example performance support, gamification, microlearning, active training and Adult Learning principles, to evolve and improve learning deliverables.
  • Leverage industry-standard processes (ADDIE) and tools to create and deliver learning deliverables, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrator and Camtasia.
  • Compare learning metrics against learning objectives and iteratively improve deliverables based on software performance, usage and gaps.
  • Design and administer both end user and developer certification programs.
  • Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS), which includes user management, course assignment, completion reporting and vendor communication.
  • Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Insite Software products and function as an SME from a Knowledge and Learning perspective.
  • Conduct training for both internal and external customers on product features and functionality, as needed.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technologies Computer Science, Business or related field required
  • 3+ years working with training and technical documentation required, preferably in a Cloud or SaaS environment

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, coordinate and develop content for our corporate website, leveraging Insite’s new branding and brand positioning
  • Produce web content in a manner that creates awareness, drives engagement and generates leads
  • Build, design and optimize a range of digital campaigns focused on communicating to our target market.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to deliver compelling, keyword-rich content for informational landing pages, promotions, blog posts, and other web properties while ensuring that the content themes, keywords, tagging etc. meet SEO/SEM objectives.
