Challenge

Companies within the HVAC industry are fairly traditional and hesitant to change. A major challenge for Behler-Young was that there were not a lot of companies to reference as it underwent its own digital transformation. It is challenging to push the envelope and be a leader in transforming digitally. Prior to choosing Insite, Behler-Young utilized the Infor storefront, Billtrust for invoicing, separate content marketing and clear out sites and had a mobile application. None of the tools were integrated which made it difficult to do business with the company. “We weren’t giving our customers the tools to be able to serve themselves. And they want to be able to serve themselves,” said Dasgupta.
