Forrester identified the 12 most significant B2B commerce suite providers and subsequently researched, analyzed and scored each vendor across multiple relevant criteria. Insite received its highest scores in the Platform, Business Intelligence and Analytics, and Sales Channel Support criteria.

The report highlighted the fact that only a few vendors, including the Leaders, were able to provide sufficient functionality in both the operational aspects of B2B commerce as well as experience management capabilities such as personalization, testing and content management.
