In our most recent B2B eCommerce success story, we spoke with Bruce McGee, Director of Information Systems at Paradigm Electronics® to discuss the success Paradigm has seen upon implementing their new B2B eCommerce portal.

Insite Software enabled Paradigm’s dealers to self-serve with the latest version of InsiteCommerce Cloud. They are able to place orders, and manage their orders online. All of Paradigm’s product catalog is available on the portal, and every dealer has an account with access to their unique pricing. Further, the portal is now optimized for mobile, includes an improved search experience and offers new ways to present pricing and promotions.

As early adopters, they recognized the need to empower their dealers and distributors and selected InsiteCommerce to help them to just that. Since originally implementing, Insite Software has continued to advance the InsiteCommerce™ platform and Paradigm’s dealers now have an even better overall experience.

Paradigm Electronics is headquartered just outside of Toronto, Canada and specializes in the production of high-quality, in-wall, on-wall, and freestanding speakers and subwoofers. Paradigm sells exclusively through dealers, who range in size from smaller audio specialty stores to independent installers, and larger boutique dealers.

Moving forward, Paradigm intends to continue leveraging components of InsiteCommerce Cloud such as advanced product configurator opportunities.
