This holiday season Insite Software is wishing you peace, happiness and prosperity in the new year. Thank you to our customers, partners and employees who have believed in our mission and drove us to see success in 2018. As we approach the end of the year and look forward to 2019, we can’t help but reflect on the transformational year we had. Here are some of Insite’s highlights from 2018:
New and Happy Customers
As a result of the strategy to shift our focus from the traditional on-premise software platform to a Cloud SaaS subscription, Insite continues to see significant customer growth. Many manufacturers and distributors selected Insite to power their eCommerce this year. Among those who selected Insite was Consolidated Supply. Consolidated launched its eCommerce solution in March 2018 in concurrence with the company’s 90th anniversary. Many customers shared stories of their eCommerce successes this year. We heard from Paradigm, Buyers Products, Northern Radiator, The Granite Group and Behler-Young.
Topping the cake on the customer front, Insite hosted its inaugural user conference, Engage 2018. Over 120 attendees from 66 different companies joined us for the event in September. Attendees had access to 30 powerful sessions, four different user tracks; business, technical, executive and general, and several Insite Software experts and leaders in the B2B eCommerce industry.
Insite Software was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its September 2018 Forrester Wave™ evaluation, entitled The Forrester Wave™: B2B Commerce Suites, Q3, 2018. The report cited Insite as a Leader in B2B Commerce noting, “Insite customers cited the ‘laser-focus’ on the capabilities they care about, and how things they needed for their business worked almost right out of the box.”
New Product Enhancements
Insite is profoundly committed to responding to our customers’ needs and desires with every new release. Recent enhancements and additions to the suite include a freshly revamped CMS and a fully integrated business intelligence solution, Insite Analytics. In October, Insite released InsiteCommerce 4.4.4. The release featured enhancements including Will Call, Dynamic Personalization, and marketing capabilities such as A/B Testing and Dynamic Product Recommendations. Insite is currently working on 4.4.10 Release 3 which will launch in January 2019.
Exceptional Leaders, Growing Team
2018 saw a lot of growth internally. Just before the beginning of 2018, Insite named Tim Sobocinski as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Leveraging more than a decade of sales leadership Sobocinski is focused on growing Insite’s customer base. Scott Stano joined Insite as the Senior Director of Marketing Operations & Demand Gen in June 2018. Stano brings extensive experience around data-driven marketing strategy and program execution.
Since the beginning of 2018, 23 people have joined Insite’s growing team. With six current career openings, we are eager to expand our team in 2019.

A Festive Bunch
Here’s a little update about what we’ve been up to this holiday season:
At Insite, we value opportunities to give back to the community. This holiday season, Insite employees collected donations for The Salvation Army’s Toy Shop which will be distributed to less fortunate children in the metropolitan area. Plus, a little friendly competition never hurt anyone. Insiters wore their most hideous, holiday-themed getup for our winterfest celebration. Among our favorites, Buddy the Elf, light-up sweaters and beard decorations!
