How often do your customers call you asking about the delivery status of their shipment? While viewing an order, clicking the "Shipping History" button will not only show the details of the shipment, it will also provide a direct link to the UPS or FedEx website via the tracking number. InsiteShip can even send out an automated email containing shipping date, method, and tracking number when an order ships. InsiteShip consolidates all of the information that your customer service staff needs into one spot, including:

  • Tracking or pro numbers
  • Weight
  • Shipment value
  • Actual freight cost
  • Freight amount billed to customer
  • Lot and serial number information
  • Date shipped
  • Carrier used

And by clicking on the tracking numbers, your customer service personnel can see who signed for the delivery if the order has already been received.
