InsiteCommerce Cloud for End Users

Course Description

InsiteCommerce Cloud is available in three pricing tiers: Catalog, Portal, and Store.  Each tier has its own course path, accessible in Insite Campus.  Each course discusses core out-of-the-box features and functionality for its corresponding areas.

  • InsiteCommerce Catalog examines the Admin Console, Product Catalog, Content Management System, and Elasticsearch.
  • InsiteCommerce Portal examines everything from the Catalog course, plus Users and Security, Customers, and My Account.
  • InsiteCommerce Store examines everything from the Portal course, plus Product Configuration, Orders and Shipping, and Promotions.

Objectives

Students can manage the daily tasks associated with running an InsiteCommerce Cloud site.  Specific objectives vary based on the applicable pricing tier.

Prerequisites

Students should have a strong understanding of their company’s business processes as well as a solid understanding of the platform’s eCommerce objectives.  Technical experience is beneficial but not required.

Objectives
