The InsiteShip Radio Frequency (RF) Module improves real-time communication from your ERP to your picking and packing operations. First, the InsiteShip RF Module creates a picking queue from the orders in your SyteLine , VISUAL Manufacturing, or SX.enterprise system. This queue is used to generate the “virtual pick sheet” that is sent to a picker’s hand-held RF device. Using their hand-held RF device, the picker is directed to the next order they are required to fill, the item they need to pick, and the location they need to pick it from. As the items are picked, the picker records which container the items are being packed in. With that, the picking and packing has been completed quickly and easily.

In addition to streamlining the picking and packing process, the InsiteShip RF module assures that orders are being fulfilled according to your preset order priority, ensuring that your most important customers get their orders first if you run short on inventory.
