Vantage Advanced Shipping Management (ASM) efficiently manages shipping logistics for more streamlined inventories and better warehouse management. By tightly integrating your carriers’ tracking systems with your Vantage solution and then linking order processing and customer service logistics, you can reduce shipping errors while giving your customers accurate and timely information about the status of their shipment. In addition, you can also manage your customers’ and carriers’ labeling and packaging requirements. ASM is compliant with FedEx, UPS, and the USPS. Flexible enough to include your primary carrier information for accurate freight billing and final shipment calculations, it will even print your documentation—including the paperwork required for international shipments. ASM integrates with Vantage Accounts Receivable to directly bill your customer for shipping charges. Alternatively, you can also choose to bill the shipment to your customer’s account or to a third party.
