Brick-and-Mortar

The term "brick-and-mortar" is used to describe a physical business or store location. Often used to differentiate between physical sales locations and online stores for companies that have both sales channels.

Usage: "That company doesn't sell their products online. They are strictly a brick-and-mortar operation."
