The Project Manager is a key member of the Insite Team, responsible for driving a cross-functional team to deliver flawlessly for our customers. A successful Project Manager will complete profitable, high-quality projects on time for our customers while motivating team members and sustaining our driven startup culture.

THE PROJECT MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Running 4-7 simultaneous projects
  • Leading and developing a highly-competent, highly-technical team
  • Interfacing with C-level customer executives, fostering strong relationships, and responding to customer needs
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, Gantt chart, resource requirements, and other program-specific documentation for each active project

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • An undergraduate degree in a technical or business-related field
  • 5-8 years' experience leading multiple customer facing software implementation projects
  • Prior success in a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop project milestone plans and detailed project schedules
  • Strong meeting management skills and conflict resolution skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy along with ability to multi-task and prioritize

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Quality Assurance Analyst/Scrum Master in our Research and Development team, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our products, leaving your mark on software applications and websites that are used worldwide. You will test new features and releases to ensure that they adhere to our strict standards. You will also lead our daily standup meeting and weekly team planning sessions.

This position will support the R&D Team by:

  • Acquiring an in-depth knowledge of Insite’s products
  • Testing software to ensure that it functions properly
  • Working with software developers to understand complex requirements and find resolutions to software defects
  • Producing customer-facing documentation
  • Organizing and leading team meetings
  • Managing the ticket backlog

QUALIFICATIONS

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Ecommerce Business Analyst is responsible for gathering business requirements from internal and external sources to design and document product function. This role helps define product functionality through a combination of written specifications and wireframes. They are a key member of the R&D team to help direct and explain functionality to developers, testers and documenters.

This role includes any or all of the following:

  • Document business requirements gathered through interviews, meetings, and research in a clear and concise manner that makes it easy for users to understand the requirements.
  • Maintain product specifications by version including wireframes and functionality specifications
  • Create and manage user stories for both new functionality and defects
  • Work with the Product Manager to understand and document new feature requirements
  • Research integrations to external software which will often require coordination with other software companies and reading technical documentation
  • Participates in the development process to ensure that documented requirements are accomplished
  • Act as a primary resource to the R&D team as the expert in expected product functionality
  • Assist the sales team as needed to explain current and planned functionality of the product
  • Conduct training sessions as needed to convey product functions to other teams

QUALIFICATIONS

This job requires excellent analytical and communication skills to help assimilate and synthesize input from a variety of sources and create comprehensive and clearly documented solutions. A strong background in business function and flow is essential with experience with ecommerce strongly preferred.

Specific qualifying requirements include:

  • BA or other educational degree preferred, but not required.
  • 3+ years directly related experience.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication excellence
  • Preferred experience with Agile development and wire framing tools
  • Direct ecommerce experience preferred

Senior Account Executive

We are looking for entrepreneurial “A-players” who love to prospect and hunt new business, and have a consistent track record of success selling technology solutions to the C-level in larger manufacturing and distribution organizations. The Senior Account Executive will identify, qualify and work with target Companies to integrate Insite Software solutions into their B2B ecommerce strategy and programs. The Senior Account Executive will use their deep understanding of customers’ business to provide valuable content, teaching and insite during the sales process, bringing a unique perspective with new ideas on the customers’ business. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Understand and execute a “challenger sale” type of philosophy, with abilty to teach and coach prospects during the sales process with surprising insights about how they can save or make money
  • Understand and effectively position Insite’s differentiated solutions and sales messages to different types of stakeholders within the customer organization
  • Develop and tailor sales messages that are finely tuned to customer objectives and value drivers
  • Understand and executive an assertive approach rather than acquiescing to the customer’s every demand or objection, pushing back when necessary and taking control of the sale
  • Assertively plan and execute your sales program in your territory, with focus on prospecting target accounts and establishing specific account plans and strategies
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively, with ability to negotiate and close deals in a complex long-cycle sales processes
  • Understand the competitive landscape so you can effectively position Insite’s solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: University degree in Business or Marketing or another rigorous discipline.
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful bookings attainment.
  • Consistent over-quota performance, with demonstrated track record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
  • 5+ years experience selling $100,000+ technology solutions to leading manufacturing and distribution accounts.
  • Strong C-level communication and presentation skills.

Vice President of Sales

Insite is now recruiting a strong leader for its sales team, an executive who will report to the President and is responsible for meeting or exceeding Insite’s new Client acquisition sales and revenue objectives. The Vice President of Sales is also responsible for developing and leading the strategic "net-new" Client focused field sales team, and will serve as member of the senior management team in setting the strategic direction of the Company. Expected to lead by example, set high standards of performance and build a performance based sales culture, this senior executive leader will collaborate closely with service, marketing and operations teams in achieving overall Company financial and business objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Leadership: Own the total net-new revenue number for the Company. Recruit, train and lead top sales talent, creating a high-energy and high-performing team-based sales culture which is consistent with the strategic plan for Insite. Plan and implement a sales organizational structure and processes to effectively meet the new account growth objectives of the business. Represent the needs, interests and capabilities of the sales team in overall Company planning functions. In cooperation with the President and CFO, create appropriate compensation plans.
  • Sales Process: Responsible for defining and institutionalizing a sales process which emphasizes engagement of the economic buyer(s), negotiation of a win/win sales process, the identification of Client recruitment pain-points & opportunities which can be met with interactive technologies and the creative application of Insite products and services to address them.
  • Value Creation: Build sales capabilities which enable our Clients to understand how they can experience a significant and measurable return on their investment with Insite Software. Incorporate customer teaching philosophy and collateral effectively into sales teams to drive differentiation for Insite as part of the sales process.
  • Team Strength: Recruit and continuously assess the knowledge and skills of the sales team so that performing and over-performing reps are supported and, if appropriate promoted, and underperforming reps are coached to perform or are moved out of the business.
  • Pipeline Building & Forecasting: Develop and implement the sales pipeline process that effectively targets prospects, tracks key activities and generates accurate revenue forecasts in Salesforce.com. Includes territory and account-level forecasting methodology which enables 85% or better accuracy on a quarterly basis.
  • New Client Acquisition: Deliver new Client acquisition which meets the financial objectives of the business, consistent with contracting quality objectives (contractual controls, payment terms, contractual risk, service level and deliverables clarity). Provide executive sponsorship on major account prospects. Ensure all sales output including RFP responses, telephone and written communications are at a very high standard and meetor surpass customer and market expectations.
  • Strategic Engagement: Understand b2b ecommerce marketplace and Insite’s current and future competitive advantage. Assess market potential and opportunities to propose resource plans including allocation and prioritization. Provide strategic insight to our Clients and to Insite executive team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years experience in a sales leadership position, including 5 years with multiple sales manager direct reports
  • 5+ years experience in enterprise sales of SaaS/Subscription based software, preferably focused in ecommerce and/or digital marketing solutions (web analytics, optimization, email, social, email)
  • 5+ years experience in an emerging growth or highly entrepreneurial larger corporation environment.
  • Consistent top performer as a sales person and sales leader, with demonstrated track record of sales leadership that has resulted in consistent quota and above-quota performance across businesses and industries.
  • History of building highly successful, aggressive field sales teams in competitive markets.
  • Successful experience managing remote sales staff.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, with ability to be creative and innovative and positively motivate team through challenging situations.
  • High degree of product knowledge and technical terms used by customers in combination with Insite products, understanding of B2B ecommerce and supply chain principles and ecosystem.
  • Strong written/verbal communications skills and proven experience working with C level executives across functions within target accounts, gaining commitment to meet expected results.
  • Executive presence, with high caliber presentation skills, ability to expertly negotiate and close net-new opportunities.
  • Ability to travel 40% +
