Junior Marketer
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Junior Marketer reports to the Marketing Manager and works collaboratively with Sales, Product Management and internal teams to ensure Insite Software is positioned in the best possible way to its prospects and customers. This position is key in identifying new sales opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads Generation–day-to-day generation and management of leads processes with emphasis on getting leads to into CW and to reps as quickly as possible
- Document and implement leads management processes
- Identify and help sales prospect
- Track inbound leads
- Upload leads into ConnectWise, managing duplicates
- Funnel leads to appropriate sales reps, creating an appropriate activity for follow up on each lead
- List generation via online research
- Sales assistance
- Outbound campaign management
- Upload content into HubSpot
- Schedule and deploy outbound mailings
- Manage mailing lists from CW
- Manage opt outs in CW
- Follow up on bounced emails to maintain list integrity
- Trade shows
- Manage trade show booth requirements
- Coordinate booth and shipping logistics
- PR duties
- Upload finalized press releases to PR web.
- Webinars
- Schedule upcoming webinars on Go to Webinar
- Schedule conference rooms for webinars
- Manage attendee and registrant lists
- Upload attendee lists to CW with activities created
- Employee newsletter
- Research fun monthly happenings that can be included in the newsletter
- Create and deploy newsletter using MailChimp
- Manage corporate staff mailing list
- Basic proofreading of web content, sales literature, verifying links, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4-year BA/BS Degree required, marketing or business related emphasis preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing practices and strategies
- 2 years of online marketing experience preferred
- Strong problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills, highly capable of prioritizing activities and deadlines to obtain results
- Must thrive in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Ideal candidate has:
- Experience with search engine optimization techniques and best practices
- A basic working knowledge of HTML
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
