customers with inventory and order tracking information. Inventory
data and movement information existed in SAP but the SAP Enterprise
Portal solution was outside the client budget and timeline.
Insite Solution: InsiteCommerce and InsiteShip integrated
to SAP.
Results: Insite deployed a customer portal for Progressive
in less than 90 days. All data is flowing from SAP and to the client
via automated email notifications and customer portal interface. The
design is consistent with the current branding and identity of the
corporate public website. The solution has helped to make
Progressive Rail more efficient and more competitive.
