Business Issue: JetEdge was looking to integrate their existing customer portal to their ERP system. Updating the current system was time consuming and expensive.

Insite Solution: InsiteCommerce and InsiteShip integrated to Infor SyteLine.

Results: A new parts website was launched. Rather than try to update the outdated technology running their old system, InsiteCommerce was deployed to replace and launch and new portal. The new site was launched with the help of the IT team and resulted in faster order processing and reduced errors for customers. It also resulted in lower labor costs to maintain and a lower cost of ownership for the portal.
