As a recognized leader in the premium vehicle accessories industry, Thule provides high quality products such as roof racks, sports carriers and other recreational items to a network of dealers and distributors. Even though they a leader in their space, Thule was faced with the challenge of having a very low adoption rate on their existing B2B site. In order to maintain its position as a category leader, Thule knew they needed to overhaul their existing site—and they knew they needed an eCommerce platform that would meet their complex business rules including managing inventory in multiple locations.
Thule chose to work with us and the results surpassed their expectations. With a new B2B eCommerce site, Thule now presents each dealer with a personalized product catalog based on site login credentials, automated their complex pre-booking order process, increased their North American sales volume, and decreased their customer service calls.
