Insite is looking for a highly, competitive Business Development Representative to join our team. Someone who likes to break the traditional mold and think outside the box to seek out and build new business for Insite. In this position you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through various communication channels including social, email and phone.

• Conduct outbound prospecting into IT and Marketing Departments to find prospective clients
• Qualify inbound prospects for fit, budget, authority and need as provided by Marketing
• Work closely with the Account Executive team to transition qualified prospects for them to close
• Ensure the company meets revenue and profit goals


• 2+ years of prior experience selling B2B software or technical products from mid-size to large organizations
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, hardworking self-starter
• Be willing to accept tough coaching and be held accountable for agreed upon goals
• Be highly effective at overcoming objections and put-offs
• Intellectually curious and the technical aptitude to master our sales tool
